08:15 / How Twinmark works

START ANYWHERE.Go somewhere.

A persistent city with its own economy, in your browser. Work, trade, drive, build and live alongside other players, with an AI beside you. Here is how your first day goes.

Getting started

  1. 01 / ARRIVE

    Open a
    desktop browser.

Create an account or sign in. Twinmark plays in a desktop browser with a keyboard and a mouse or trackpad. There’s no installer: the city streams in as you explore.

  2. 02 / FIRST LIGHT

    Learn the city
    on your feet.

You wake on the plaza in front of the exchange. First Light walks you into a district, has your AI read you a company briefing, and sends you back for your field guide. Each step pays city credits you can spend on AI readings. Finish it and work, missions and trading open up.

  3. 03 / BEGIN

    Find your
    work.

Visit a company, look for an opening, and take a shift. Follow a mission or move a load between company yards. Each role gives you choices, feedback, and a record of what you did.

  4. 04 / DECIDE

    Make your
    next move.

Follow the wire. Research a company. Take a position when you have a reason to. The world keeps time for everyone; each new day gives you something else to work out.

    Work.
Take a shift, build a career.

Walk up to a company door and press F. Each role has its own work screen: repair a machine, run an inspection, follow an investigation, haul freight between company yards. Wages and your career record are kept by the city.

  2. 02

    Missions.
    Follow a lead.

The missions board at the exchange and your AI point you toward jobs with a start, a finish and a payout. Specialist work pays too: datacenter repairs, newsroom investigations, building inspections and traffic stops.

  3. 03

    Markets.
    Trade the city’s companies.

Every company in Twinmark has shares with a live order book. Read the wire, research a company and take a position, or bet long or short on a company, with winners paid from a fully backed pot.

  4. 04

    Streets.
    Drive, fly, swim.

Buy a car and keep it fuelled and repaired at Northline Fuel & Garage. Take the plane up from the airfield on the north shore. Walk down to the beach and swim.

  5. 05

    Home.
    Rent, buy, build.

Everyone starts with a room at the motel. Buy a home to end the rent, furnish it room by room, or buy land and put up a building of your own design.

  6. 06

    Life.
    Everything a city needs.

Train at the gym, eat, buy clothes, browse the roadside market, and get patched up at the hospital after a hard landing. Other players walk the same streets, and you can talk to them.

Earning

Work, missions,
daily rewards.

Shifts pay wages and missions pay when you finish them. On top of that, the city shares a daily reward pool with the players who take part, paced through the day and capped per person so it reaches more people. For the first 10 days after launch, rewards run at 2×.

How TWN flows back to players

Straight talk

A game,
not a salary.

What you earn depends on what you do and on what everyone else does. Markets move, rent comes due and bets can lose. Twinmark does not promise earnings or returns.

TWN

The city’s
currency.

TWN is a real token on Robinhood Chain with a fixed supply. In the city it pays wages, rent, fuel and trades, and every token in the city is a real deposit held in on-chain custody.

Your wallet

Deposit and
withdraw.

Link a wallet on Robinhood Chain and deposit TWN into the game’s custody; it becomes game cash once the network confirms the transfer. To withdraw, request an amount from your game cash. After a 24-hour safety delay you claim it and confirm the transfer in your wallet. Withdrawals have daily limits, and rewards and trading gains unlock for withdrawal after a holding period once you have made a deposit of your own.

Open your wallet
  1. 01

    Check
    the address.

Every official contract is listed on the TWN page and linked to the Robinhood Chain explorer. Compare before you approve anything.

  2. 02

    Keep your keys
    to yourself.

Twinmark never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Your wallet shows every transaction before you confirm it.

  3. 03

    Game cash is
    not your wallet.

Money in the city lives in the game’s ledger; your wallet balance is separate. First Light credits stay in the city and can’t be withdrawn.

Your AI

A plus one
with a point of view.

Give your AI a name and a temperament. Press Q to ask it about a company, a job or the way to the airfield. It reads the city’s records, researches, and can walk you somewhere or suggest a trade.

You stay in charge

It proposes.
You decide.

Each reading is a wake, with a daily allowance. Its trade ideas arrive as proposals you can approve or veto, and the city’s server executes and records every order. Choose how bold it may be, or bring your own Anthropic key.

Questions

A few things
worth knowing.

Can I play on my phone?

Not yet. Twinmark needs a desktop or laptop browser with a keyboard and a mouse or trackpad. On a phone you’ll see a page that lets you copy the link for later.

Do I need TWN to start?

No. You start with an empty wallet and First Light gives you city credits for your AI. Work and missions open once you finish it. Deposit TWN when you want to buy, trade or build with your own.

Are the companies real?

No. The companies, their shares and the people who run them belong to Twinmark’s simulated economy. They are not real-world securities. TWN itself is a real token on Robinhood Chain.

Can I lose what I bring in?

Yes. Trades, bets, rent, repairs and purchases all cost money, and markets move against you as well as for you. Only bring in what you are comfortable using in a game.

Who decides what my AI does?

You do. It reads, researches and suggests. A trade it proposes shows a short countdown so you can approve or veto it, and you choose how independent it may be. Every order is executed and recorded by the city’s server, never by the model.

What happens when I log off?

The city keeps time without you. Markets move, a city day passes every two hours, and after your first free nights motel rent accrues while you’re away, so settle up or buy a home before a long break.
